Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, very quiet and lean accommodations

I stayed in the Sun Queen room and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. From the location to the hospitality, I was extremely impressed with the Mahala. I will definitely be back! Thanks Chad for the amazing customer service. I enjoyed the text messages from your team, prior to and during my stay. It felt personalized. I hope you always keep this aspect of your booking process.

It was my favorite hotel in Palm Springs, definitely will come again. My only con is no microwave but other than that amazing!!! Love it and so close to splash house that I’m surprised not a lot more people know about this place. 10????

Chic little hotel, well located and impeccable. Nice pool area and comfortable room with great decor. Super welcoming and helpful management. Friendly touches such as snacks in room & a "bucket list" of local restaurants. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean. We were greeted right away and shown to our room. They provided complimentary snacks and water. The room had a large smart TV and a large shower. Parking was convenient. We will definitely return.

Chad is phenomenal, he took such good care of us from start to finish. The hotel is brand new, everything was so clean. Rooms were cool, nicely styled, and the pool was cozy. Although they don’t have a bar or restaurant they offer water, sparkling water and snacks whenever you need it. They have games you can borrow and play and the building is secure. The beds were so comfortable!

This is my second time staying at the Mahala, I love it everytime for daytrips. It is at the main entrance of Palm Springs and about a 5 minute car ride to Downtown, so it is perfect. Check-in was a breeze, they make sure to email you the steps and times for check-in. Parking is in the back of the hotel. The room is so clean and comfy, there are complimentary drinks and snacks in your room and there are many seating areas outside of the room in the communal area. We enjoyed the jacuzzi at night, so quiet and peaceful. Checkout was also a breeze, can't wait to come back!

The staff were professional and courteous. The place was lovely, very cute hotel near amenities. Water and snacks provided at no costs. This was great, as temps were 114 degrees. You didn’t want to go out to get water and desperately needed it.

Really appreciate how attentive the staff are via email and text. Typically they would respond to my texts in under 2-3 minutes. They reached out when I made the reservation and again a few days leading up to my reservation providing door code and check in. Check in/out was incredibly simple and I was able to do so without ever going to the front desk. Most importantly the room felt extremely clean and clearly recently updated.
